Delivery Terms
The Acousticshop work together with DHL for the shipment of orders. You will always find the current delivery time on the product page of an item or in the shopping basket.

Orders consisting of items that are in stock will be delivered within 5 working days.
Items that are not in stock are on backorder. Please inquire with us about the current delivery time. We are happy to let you know!
If you place an order with stock and backorder items, the complete order will be shipped to you as soon as the backorder items have arrived to us.

Shipping rates for delivery in the UK
The shipping methods, and therefore the associated costs, depend on the products ordered. The shipping rates apply throughout the UK. Below you will find the rates as of 1 January 2018. These rates apply exclusively to online orders:

Parcel shipment: Delivery cost will be £7.10 per parcel, and £4.00 per subsequent parcel, up to 30 kg. For Shipments over 30 kg, it will cost an extra £0.25 per kilogram.
For Areas of further distance landing in Zone C or Zone D, C will cost £14.25 per parcel and £11.00 per subsequent parcel. And Zone D will cost £16.00 per parcel, and £13.00 per subsequent parcel. For parcels over 30 kg in Zone C the charge will be £0.55 per kilogram, and Zone D will charge £0.75 per kilogram.

Order & delivery
Not at home? Then DHL can leave the item at a neighbour or local pickup point, just provide the necessary information required for us to do this.

Track & Trace information
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code and a link to track your shipment on the carrier's website by email. You will also find this information in the details of your order in your account on our website.
